Vellero (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and stores personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. This page summarises what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you fill out the quote form or contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name, town, and project brief. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and for any subsequent engagement if you proceed to a project.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties other than service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (email delivery, analytics). We do not run retargeting pixels or sell ad-adjacent audiences.

Analytics

Once Google Analytics 4 is active on this site, it records anonymised page views, device type, and general geography. IP anonymisation is enabled. You can opt out via browser-level do-not-track settings.
